MarseilleĀ is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or a few days out, all year round. Nestling on the shores of the Mediterranean, France’s second-largest city offers a wealth of things to do and see. Between the Calanques on the horizon, the magnificent cathedral that testifies to the cultural richness of the region, the picturesque Vieux Port where the city’s maritime soul is still in full swing, and the enchanting atmosphere of the South that envelops every street corner, Marseille is my favourite city in the South of France!
